Value added tax

The seller is not registered for VAT in Finland (Finnish VAT Act, §3), so no value added tax is added to any price shown in this shop and none is itemised on a receipt. Prices are final as displayed. A buyer's own VAT number may be recorded on an order as a business detail; no reverse charge is applied.

Orders and payment

The product page and final purchase step state the product or service, total payable amount, applicable postage and any monthly or annual component. An order becomes binding when the customer accepts these terms and completes the indicated payment. PayPal payments are fulfilled only after Sihilisko verifies the completed capture with PayPal. Mock-category transactions are test transactions: no money moves and they are not accounting entries.

Files

A direct file is delivered after verified payment. A file requiring a head-unit part number is reviewed first; approval is not a guarantee until payment is completed. A download link is limited in time and use. The customer must request immediate digital delivery explicitly before a file can be supplied during the withdrawal period.

Physical products

Delivery is available only to EU/EEA countries. Postage is €15.00 to Finland and €20.00 elsewhere in the EU/EEA. The customer must provide an accurate delivery address. Products ship within one week after verified payment unless the product text states otherwise.

Repairs and services

A submitted request is reviewed before payment. The customer must not send or drop off a unit until Sihilisko approves the request. Approved inbound work receives a case reference and receiving instructions. The customer is responsible for safely sending the unit; tracked Posti delivery is recommended.

Web work and recurring prices

One-time, monthly and annual amounts are shown only when they apply. The amount charged at checkout is stated before payment. Unless checkout explicitly says that automatic billing is active, later recurring payments and renewal dates are arranged separately with Sihilisko. Domain availability is an indication, not a reservation, and is checked again before payment.

Hosted-service access

A fixed-term hosted-service purchase is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. Access starts after verified payment and ends at the time shown in the customer portal. A repeat purchase extends the remaining term. The customer must request immediate digital delivery explicitly before access begins during the withdrawal period. A completed refund revokes the access contributed by that order.

Confirmation and portal

The customer receives transaction information in email and may activate a passwordless portal using the purchase or request email. The portal does not replace receipts or other confirmations already sent in durable form.

Withdrawal, cancellation and faults

Applicable consumer withdrawal rights and the online notice form are described at Withdrawal and cancellation. The customer normally pays the direct cost of returning eligible goods after withdrawal. Statutory rights concerning faulty goods or services are not limited by these terms. Contact info@sihilisko.com with the order reference if something is wrong.
