Before sending a notice
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract. Exceptions can apply, including digital content supplied immediately after the customer expressly requested delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and services already fully performed under the required conditions.
Sending this form records and acknowledges the notice. It does not automatically decide eligibility or return money; Sihilisko reviews the contract and confirms the next step by email.
